You could say Mr. Stephenson lives and breathes insurance, he has been in the field for over 35 years. After spending five years as the pension and group health insurance manager for Nationwide Insurance for the state of Maryland, his home state, he spent the next 30 years as a career agent for Nationwide as owner/operator of Stephenson Insurance Agency located in Bel Air, Maryland. After moving on from the world of insurance, Mr. Stephenson joined the team of America’s Choice Home Warranty as Regional Sales Executive over the Salt Lake City area. He is the father of five children and grandfather to 11. He and his wife, Vickie, reside in Salt Lake City. Mr. Stephenson is an active participant in his local church and community activities. He is also an avid baseball fan and still anchors a local men’s softball team at shortstop with his four sons and five nephews as teammates.
I grew up in various locations in the Pacific Northwest, I was self competitive and self motivated which propelled me to graduate from high school one year early and I am one term away from completing my Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
After working for several Fortune 500 companies in management positions specializing in the digital and marketing area, I soon realized that I loved personal interactions within the local community working with individuals and businesses. My primary focus has been strong ethics and value driven communication resulting in helping businesses and individuals make an impact on what they do to help their clients.
I am looking forward to being a part of the community and helping others.
Dennis has joined America’s Choice Home Warranty with over 15 years experience in Sales Management. So he knows those building relationships is key to growing business. Along with staying true to his word, he is always available and willing to lend a hand. Dennis has lived almost everywhere. From growing up in a military family to being in the Armed Services himself, he has spent much time locally and abroad. He and his wife, Monica, currently live in Portland, OR. During his free time he enjoys volunteering with a non-profit for rescue dogs (He has six by the way!), and also spends time helping facilitate a local college group. While there he helps mentor young adults and plays an active role in their life. If that was not enough Dennis and Monica raise their blended family of four together.
Ross has been in sales or sales management his entire life! He started with Kinney Shoes in the late ’80s until they went out of business in 1992. He then joined the auto sales industry with Young Chevrolet. After a short stint there, Ross joined the Jerry Seiner group where he managed for four years and then left for a better opportunity with Riverton Chevrolet. After six years there he left for a better opportunity and went to Salt Lake Valley GMC, where he was a sales manager for three more years.
It was at this point Ross decided to start his car dealership and ran his own business for about 14 years. Due to the up-and-down nature of the auto business, he went back to Weber State University and earned his degree in business sales and marketing.
Ross is a huge family man, with four children and a beautiful wife that he’s been married to for 30 years.

Bradley James is no stranger to the Real Estate industry. He began his career in Orlando, FL as a Real Estate Appraiser and got a first-hand chance to see how significant the structural integrity of a home really is. He understands that the investment of your home is the most important decision you will ever make. Having extensive sales experience over the last 15 years, from vacation ownership in the Disney World area, to becoming one of the Top Distributors in the Anti-Aging industry, he has seen it all. Bradley recognizes that personal relationships are the most valuable currency a person can attain in life.
Bradley is Colorado’s “Mile High Warranty Guy” serving mountain to metro! You may hear him say, that if you give him 1% of your TRUST, that he will earn the other 99%. He goes above and beyond for his clients making sure they have legendary service and a loyal representative who is there when they need him. Bradley is a huge music lover who frequents live concerts up at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and loves cheering on his favorite NFL team, The Denver Broncos.
He was inspired to be a part of our team at America’s Choice Home Warranty because he finally found his true calling in life, and that is to help protect what matters most to people, their home. He has one mission, to do whatever it takes to protect families with a Home Warranty they can count on. He is extremely passionate about the company he stands beside, and wants every Homeowner in Colorado to feel secure knowing that America’s Choice Home Warranty stands proudly beside them.
Rebecca Templeton Gaudio
Rebecca has been in the mortgage financing business for over 18 years. She’s lived in Spokane most of her life, and expressed her love for the community and is very excited about the direction it is heading.
Rebecca’s mortgage lending journey has allowed her to work in all different levels of this business, from back office to front lines of B2B sales. She started off as a fitness instructor, which gave her the opportunity to be in front of people to lead a class and help reach goals. Rebecca prides herself on her networking and marketing ability, saying it’s current, unique and very community friendly.

Levi was raised in Morgan, Utah, but considers himself an Idaho boy at heart! He grew up on a small farm and learned at an early age the invaluable love for good ol’ hard work. He has been in sales going on six years, and loves interacting with clients and meeting new people. His ultimate goal is a satisfied customer! He graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho where he met his wife of nine years, Marissa. They currently reside in Idaho Falls, with their three children. He has a passion for the outdoors, and enjoys hunting, camping, snowmobiling, four wheeling, dirt bikes, and skiing. As a family they love movie nights, family trips, Disneyland, and boating. Levi is thrilled to begin his career with America’s Choice Home Warranty!
Wyndell grew up the youngest of four boys in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After High School, he was hired on by the Walmart organization and he moved up the corporate chain in record time. As a result, he was running his first multi-million dollar store before the age of 25. In the 10 years with Walmart, he and his wife moved 9 times. Real Estate was always something he felt interested in so when he had the opportunity to move to the beautiful state of Utah they did. He first fell in love with the state while watching the Olympics. When he had the opportunity to move to Utah, his family jumped at the opportunity. Shortly after moving to Utah he decided to make a career change into Real Estate and then into the home warranty industry.
Blair was educated at Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He advanced his education at the University of Phoenix pursuing his master’s degree in business and marketing. In 2001 Blair immersed himself in the real estate industry. His experience is vast and diverse ranging from recreational fishing properties to multi-million dollar ski resorts and everything in between. He found a niche and enjoyment in the new construction and land development world. Since finding this passion he has been involved in millions of dollars of transactions and has a wide range of experience to draw from. He identifies his unique selling proposition and ultimate true value as “Creating Solutions”. In any real estate endeavor, there is always a problem to solve and a solution to be created. His experience and passion for this industry always end in a solution to any and all problems that are presented.

The founders of ACHW have over 30 years of combined real estate experience and have been involved with the purchase and sales of thousands of homes. Through that time there were many instances in which the need for a home warranty was absolutely essential. They felt that there was an ever-increasing need for their clients to be protected for the unforeseen issues that arise from buying and or selling a property. That is how ACHW was created. We also wanted homeowners to have a “choice”. Many homeowners have relationships with qualified service contractors that they wanted to use however home warranty companies would not allow for this. At ACHW encourage homeowners to support these relationships. We want homeowners to have the choice to use their own service provider or use a service provider within our network.
